Jazmin Diaz is the Founder and CEO of Flourish LLC, a company dedicated to helping individuals achieve personal and professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development. As a certified Life and Leadership Coach through iPEC, Jazmin guides clients through transformative growth, empowering them to unlock their full potential.

She is also the author of Ignite Your Growth: Perspectives and Tactics to Flourish in Life and Career, where she shares insights on resilience, mindset, and strategies for thriving in both professional and personal arenas.

With over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, Jazmin has spent half of her career in public education and the other half in the fast-paced world of tech. Through navigating complex environments, career transitions, and leadership challenges, she has mastered the art of adaptability and continuous learning. Jazmin deeply understands the challenges of stepping into new roles, tackling steep learning curves, and leading with confidence.

Having been a trusted partner to senior leadership teams in Public Education, SaaS, and Cybersecurity, she translates her real-world experiences into actionable insights.
